This week Chef Phil and I were treated to a tour of the farm where we purchase our zucchini flowers, and when in season, avocados. Crossie's Cados is a business run by Andrew Crossman, located just outside of Torrumbarry, Victoria.
Andrew hopes to hold an open day in the coming months to show cafes & eateries the variety of produce on offer. Members of the public can usually find Crossie at the monthly Echuca Farmers Market once avocado season starts (end of May/June 2017).
