Once orders are placed, they are not able to be edited, added to or cancelled.
If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday it will be processed and sent out the next business day (Monday - Friday).
Please note: Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods, wild weather, or due to other Australia Post delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond our reasonable control. Online orders are processed and shipped from Echuca, Victoria and so we follow any Victorian Public Holidays.
Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email from thesweetmeadow.com which will include your Australia Post consignment number.
We will always try our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, however, we are not able to guarantee next day dispatch.
We have chosen to opt for sustainable packaging, which uses recycled and recyclable materials. Your order will be protected in a cardboard box and paper filling.
You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been processed.
You can track the progress of your order by visiting www.auspostcom.au and entering your consignment number. If you are unable to locate your consignment number, or if you have any questions about your shipped order please call us on 03 5482 4099 Thursday to Monday from 9am to 2pm AEST.
We are unable to process split shipments within one order at this time. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you can do this by creating separate orders, each with their own delivery address.
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our team on 03 5482 4099 Thursday to Monday from 9am to 2pm AEST.
Please note, we do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind.
For faulty items please email firstname.lastname@example.org with imagery and all details so that we can arrange for the faulty goods to be replaced as soon as possible. You will need to return the item although you will be compensated for postage in all faulty return circumstances.
We will assess the fault upon return of the item and reserve the right to repair or replace. If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be issued.
Orders placed on this website can only be delivered within Australia.
