Quinces are the last fruit to be harvested on our family farm in Kyabram, Victoria. This jam is the perfect way to enjoy the flavour of this unique stone fruit all year round.
Serve with toasted sourdough, on scones or glaze freshly baked hot cross buns. Yum!
