This Ayurvedic herbal blend has been designed by our naturopath to support and balance the kapha dominant constitution. People who are kapha dominant are typically peaceful, content, stable, grounded, loving and calm. Out of balance this dosha may present as unmotivated, sluggish and lethargic. This blend includes herbs such as siberian ginseng, turmeric, ginger and cinnamon, traditionally used to stimulate and support stamina and vitality.
Brewing:
Place 1 pyramid into a cup (250ml) and add boiling, filtered water at 75ºc–85ºc. Allow to infuse for 3–5+ minutes, and then remove the bag and serve.
